| Details: |  Taizhou Huali New Materials Co.,Ltd was established on April 15th,2002. After years of development, especially since the 2008 financial crisis, We have continuously increased investment, cooperated with universities, and brought in advanced management and production technologies. Our product structure has been continuously optimized, and the level of production automation and management is becoming higher and higher. In 2017, For stringent quality control and monitoring the content of VOC,heavy metal and other related Chemical materials which are listed in EU Reach & RoHS in all raw materials and final products, the company invested US$2 million to set up a Testing Center equipped with State- of-the-art facilities in the world, which has been certificated by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). Till 2023, we have three manufacturing plants in the China, USA, and Vietnam now. The fourth plant is under construction in Thailand, and it will be put into operation in June of 2024. We have 2000+ skilled technical operators and well-trained workers including 20 engineers and 60 QC inspectors following up the whole production process. We have got 18 invention patents, 21 utility model patents, and 6 applications for high-tech products. The designed production capacity of our Thailand?? plant will be 1000 containers per month. With 22 years??manufacturing experience in this industry, We have enjoyed a good reputation during the flooring industry in the world. .. |
