| Details: | We have some very large standing timber on tropical rainforest concessions (virgin forest for clear-cutting) in South America (Amazon) for sale. Currently we have some very large tropical rainforest concessions (with government permits) in the western part of Suriname for sale, with the following conditions: - Size: 90,000 ha = 347 Square Miles ! - Number of standing M3 timber to be produced on this virgin forest: about 6 million M3 wood (value of at least $2 Billion USD) based on clear-cutting. - Clear-cutting: Means, all trees must be cut to prepare the land for the largest bauxite mine in South America. - Government permits for exploitation for at least 30 years. You don? buy the land; you buy the ownership of the company that owes 30 years government permits for clear-cutting of standing timber on the property. - Good accessible by road and safe area (good logistics). - Detailed report of the property available, see attachment. All standing timber trees are documented and categorized in type and quality of the wood available on the land. - Export of the logs by ship is easy via the harbor at the west part of the country.
