Specification: Solid Oak floor - product details:
-Boards supplied in random lengths of 800 - 2800mm
-Tongue and grooved on all four sides
-Kiln dried to 8 +/-2 %
-Unfinished ?bevelled, planed, knots are filled with two component filler and sanded twice with 120 and 150 grit sandpaper
-Made to structural specification for fitting over joists
-Allows for a wide variety of finishes to be applied such as oil, wax, lacquer or more esoteric techniques
-Suitable for fitting over a wide variety of sub floors
-Shrink-wrapped packages: Each package contains 12 linear m of floorboards; the medium length of the boards per packet is 1,70m.
We produce two grades of wood: Premium and Natural/Rustic.
PREMIUM GRADE is selected with minimal knots (some pinhole knots up to 2 mm will be present)
NATURAL/RUSTIC, this grade is vibrant with plenty of life and colour, which adds traditional charm and warm look to your floor. It may contain knots up to 50mm, some sapwood (in 140 mm and 120 mm wide boards) and colour variation.
