1. Product structure
The engineered wood flooring consist of three layers nature wood. The face lay is precious wood with 4mm. 3mm or 2mm thickness, such as oak. Maple. Ash. Merbau etc. The bottom and core layer is softwood, such as linden, poplar & conifer etc.
Pre-finished with UV painting
Tongue and groove & click system

GLUE: The brand of glue used in our products is Casco. The formaldehyde emission is 0.08mg/M3(evaluated by AKZO NOBEL). (E1 standard is 0.1ppm=0.13mg/M3)
PAINTING: UV painting brand: KLUMPP. No aromaticity and no formaldehyde. Anti-scratch. 7-layers painting and 100G/M2
Tlorances as Thickness: 0, 1mm, W: 0, 2mm (width: Total 189mm)Length: 0, 5mm(according DIN 280/5)
