SPECIES: Old Growth Burmese Teak

QUALITY: We can supply for both of out-door decking and yacht decking. For out-door decking, we usually supply for the general A/B grade. Our yacht decking is 100% quarter sawn, of golden color, surfaced four sides (S4S), free from black streaks and other defects.
PACKING: Palletized, wrapped of plastic film with paper corner guard; different sizes and colors (Light and Medium) separated and marked. Custom packing can be offered as well.
GRADING STANDARD:
Grade A: With no open defects such as rot, insect hole, pith wood, crack, wanting arris, inbark, dead knot, sap wood, serious mineral line, serious black streak and apparent color shading. Acceptable for only a little scattered sound knots < 5 mm.
Grade B: With no open defects such as rot, insect hole, pith wood, crack, wanting arris, inbark, dead knot, sap wood, serious mineral line and serious black streak. Acceptable for natural color shading. If the length < 600 mm, acceptable for no more than two scattered sound knots < 20mm. If the length < 600 mm, acceptable for an increase of no more than one sound knot < 20mm for each increment of mm 300. |
