We are a specialized edge banding manufacturer in China, located in Dongguan, Guangdong, southern China. We produce PVC Edge Banding, ABS Edge Banding, Melamine Edge Banding and PVC profiles.
ABS Edgebanding is manufactured through an extrusion process into many different thicknesses and widths to match any solid color, woodgrain or pattern.
The back side of the edgebanding is treated with a primer which help to establish a successful bond with the adhesive. The surface is treated with UV coating to improve the chemical and physical properties of the product.
Our edge banding is made with prime quality raw materials and innovative manufacturing process. The formula and molding for the edging is finely tuned. Our edge banding presents outstanding characteristics such as non-colour variation after trimming and polishing, strong bonding strength, excellent colour fastness, easy application with.
Thickness ranges from 0.5to 3.0mm. Width ranges from 15mm to 80mm.
Packed in 100 meter rolls or 200 meter rolls.
Each roll has a 155mm inner paper core and strapped with plastic band.
5 rolls per carton on pallets.
