They have an exclusive Sales Right to a Southern Yellow Pine Mill in Arkansas State, they produce approx. 150 million board feet annually. They are a High Line SYP Producer and we move a lot of their production into the Caribbean and Asian Marketplace.

We produce Decking; Flooring; Moulding; Boards; Etc.

➢ S4S : Surfaced 4 Sides
➢ RS: Rough Sawn
➢ E4E: Eased 4 Edges
➢ PET: Precision End Trimmed Flooring, Millwork,
➢ DET: Double End Trimmed .
➢ KD: Kiln Dried

Our Facilities have state of the art mouldings and planners, they can run custom patterns to fit any needs and they do mix containers.

Their company was founded back in 2006 when his Financial Partner here in the States passed away. His Brasilian Partner and he (between the 2 of them they have over 30+ years into the Lumber Industry in Brasil) have built a good, solid business that has steadily grown over the years. They move a fair volume of hardwoods all over the United States and into Canada as well as into the Caribbean Markets. From 2007 to 2008 their company experienced a sales growth of 300% for the 2008 year. Part of that growth being owed to the addition of our European Sales Department. I am the Vice President of Europe for their company and they are aggressively pursuing growth in this market. We are currently actively looking for Long Term Partners/Customers that will enable us to continue this growth in these areas.

Their sources are really more long term partners than just a typical Brasilian Hardwood Mill. They put all Hardwood Suppliers thru several tests. 2 of these Suppliers have been their suppliers for over 10 years.
1st: FOREST: Their Suppliers must own their own forest land. No Timber Owned, No Supply to Gallin Group.
2nd: IBAMA Approved: All Suppliers must supply Approved IBAMA Documentation for each load and Forest Land. (This cuts down on Brasilian Customs Problems)
3rd: Southern Production Facilities: They only deal with Suppliers who actually manufacture in the Southern States of Brasil. They have found this helps to eliminate a lot of problems out of the North. Northern Suppliers face IBAMA issues, Loss of Materials due to Vandalism/Theft, Port Problems, High Level of Corruption, etc.
4th: Machinery & Factory Ability: All Suppliers must have State of the Art Computer Controlled Steam Kilns, Modern Moulders and Planners, and the ability to grind knives on site. (Michael has these pictures) (*They can produce any profile, just need CAD Drawing or Sample to run knives)

Once these requirements are met, then they establish a product mix, a sales plan, then go to work as being their sales force. Gallin Group does not just sell Ipe decking. They work to sell 100% of the Mill production. This could be a mix of Jatoba, Massaranduba, Cumaru, Ipe, Garapeira, Tigerwood, and Angelim Pedra that they will have our Supplier run to Mouldings, Decking, Dimension, Flooring and Timbers. They run anything from a ?x ?x 10?moulding; to 1x4 boards; 1x6 decking; 5/4x6 decking (S4S & Anti Slip); 2x4; 2x12; 4x6 and 6x6 timbers. Lengths are usually 7?thru 20?odd and even, depending on the species.

We also work with a company in Eastern Europe.
They are a manufacturer of solid wood flooring boards/parquets/briquette/steamed acacia decking tiles/sawn wood and thermotreated timber.
For years, they have been a well-known producer of high quality parquet and solid wood flooring. They have earned our reputation due to constant and strict quality control, careful selection of raw material, special production process guidance and meeting delivery deadlines - to ensure our clients' high expectations are met.
Their quality inspectors oversee every stage of production, from the raw material to the packaged products.
The drying and balancing system secures the appropriate moisture level to the market they sell to for each piece of wood.
This process is of outmost importance as it determines the wood's stability and adaptability to its local environment.
The production process, packaging and grading are completely in line with the requirements of the EU market and wider. Raw material is obtained from the nearby region, which is famous worldwide for its quality, color and refined structure (Slavonian oak).
They also pay special attention to environmental protection with regard to wood exploitation and processing.
Their products, especially oak, hornbeam and steamed acacia flooring boards, are mostly exported to Europe, with strong intension of expanding to other continents. A tongue and groove structure makes an easy and smooth installation as well as the choice between micro-bevel and square edged finishes.
