At an average of 407.50 per tonne, the Swiss pellet price in August 2024 rose by 1.8 per cent compared to the previous month. This was reported by the internet portal Pelletpreis.ch.

According to Pelletpreis.ch, the Swiss pellet price in August 2024 is 17.5 per cent lower than a year ago, when it was CHF 493.80. The current average price is based on information from 26 suppliers.
