Saxony rose slightly again in July |
In July, round timber prices in Lower Saxony are rising again slightly. The price for the leading assortment of BC 2b+ sections in spruce sawlogs is between € 90 and € 102 per cubic metre, and even less in the east and south of the state. Slight price increase Long timber is around €5/m³ above the sections. Beetlewood costs €70 to €85/m³ with deviations further up and down. BCD grade export timber is essentially between €80 and €90 per cubic metre. In pine, the leading assortment of BC 2b+ sections usually costs €70 to €80/mm, in the east of the country only around €70/mm. Long timber is 5 to 10 €/mm higher. Coniferous pallet ti mber is in high demand, mainly for around €35/rm, in western Lower Saxony over €40/rm. Prices for chipboard timber are around €25/rm, for OSB grades around €30/rm.
