Indonesian Ebony and Teak Prices
Show Increasing Trend |
According to the latest June timber product export price (HPE) data released by Indonesia's Ministry of Trade, the price of ebony (Eboni), teak (teak) and other high-quality timber has shown a continuous upward trend. Indonesia ebony since February has opened a steady rise in trend. By March, ebony export prices had recovered to the end of 2023 to the level of 4,000 U.S. dollars / cubic metre, and climbed to a peak of 4,500 U.S. dollars / cubic metre at the end of the first half of the year. Meanwhile, Indonesian teak prices have steadily climbed from $3,000 per cubic metre at the beginning of the year to $3,500 per cubic metre at present. |
