German Oak log price with an increase
In April, the producer price index for oak logs increased compared to the previous month, while the price indices for beech logs, spruce cuttings, B, and spruce logs decreased.

Italy increased its laminated timber imports
From January to March, Italy’s glulam and CLT imports grew by 6% compared to the same period of last year. Eight and a half out of ten cubic meters were imported from Austria.

Decreasing softwood lumber imports
According to Eurostat, Italy imported smaller volumes of softwood lumber and planed timber in the first quarter than last year. More was purchased from only two of the Top 10 supplier countries.
