Twin Star Home, an omnichannel provider of indoor and outdoor home furnishings, today announced its acquisition of Grand Basket, a provider of outdoor patio furniture and accessories in North America.

Deal marks the company’s 3rd acquisition of an outdoor furniture resource since January 2020

Twin Star is a portfolio company of Z Capital Partners, the private equity arm of privately held merchant bank Z Capital Group. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Stump & Co. represented the sellers in this transaction.

Founded in 1962, Colorado-based Grand Basket produces high-quality patio furnishings and accessories, along with a private label business. The acquisition of Grand Basket strengthens Twin Star’s as an e-commerce-driven home furnishings and outdoor living platform across North America. The addition of Grand Basket builds upon Twin Star’s prior expansion into outdoor lifestyle products through the acquisitions of TK Classics in January 2020 and Classic Accessories in June 2021.

Grand Basket will maintain operations in Denver, while the combined company will be headquartered in Boca Raton, Fla. The company offers a portfolio of outdoor furniture, accessories and lighting.

Twin Star Home offers products for the living room, home office and bathroom, many with integrated technology and media solutions. Outdoor living products include modular seating collections, dining tables, bars, fire pits and accessories.
