Columbus, OH, October 26 -  America's Floor Source (AFS) has acquired MK Interiors in Northern Kentucky.

The location will be rebranded as JP Flooring. In addition to flooring, MK also sells cabinets and countertops.

This is AFS fourth acquisition, previously acquiring: JP Flooring (2021); The Flooring Gallery (2021) and Reliant Flooring Solutions (2022).

AFS operates facilities in the following geographies: Columbus, Ohio; Cincinnati, Ohio; Indianapolis, Indiana; Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky; Madison, Indiana and Northern Kentucky.

MK Interiors is a construction and remodeling company. The retail of the business specializes in flooring, cabinetry and wood trim.It partners with local appliance and fixture businesses along with kitchen countertop suppliers and fabricators. The company was family-owned and led by Matt Kleier.
