JRD is specialized in slats production. Established in 2006, 20,000sqm, turnover RMB210mil (USD30mil). Products mainly for export, 30% of total turnover is direct export by themselves, remaining for furniture factories who use the slats for export. We have 200 workers on our factory, with QC team of 7. We have other smaller production sites with another 150 workers. We have 130 containers veneer in stock. Our maximum production capacity is 170 containers bed slats for a month.
Produce glue by ourselves. Veneer production in house. Our production can fulfil German formaldehyde requirement. Certified with FSC, stable FSC birch resource if needed.
