Phatthana Company was established since 1993 from the privatization of the former State Enterprise for Construction No 3 Company under the legislation of the ministry of Communication,Transport, Post and Construction (MCTPC). The Managing Director, Mr. Houmpheng Manipoun, who together with selective experienced workers, bought out the Company from the state and became Phatthana Construction Company limited, with starting capital assets of over one million US Dollar. Starting with the total capital assets of US $ 1.700.000, the Company has gradually accomplished with succes the implementation of more then 20 projects in the period from 1993 till now in the field of Housings, Office Buildings, Factories, , Schools, Roads Construction and other rehabilitation Works, with a turn over of more than 1 million US Dollar annually.
