Hangzhou Hodin Deocration Materials Co., Ltd. is subject to the Zhejiang Haoding Incorporation, which is a modern enterprise group engaged in producing and dealing in decoration panel, veneer, door skin and craft furniture. It was founded in 1994, and the headquarters is set in Hangzhou. Haoding Incorporation was formerly known as Hangzhou Dehua Decorating Material Co., Ltd, which specializes in the import and export trade of plywood, veneer, floor, panel and log, etc.

In August 1998, Haoding Incorporation set up Desheng Wooden Industrial Co. Ltd. in Deqing of Zhejiang Province, and set its foot in wood processing industry. Two years later, the company cooperated with Mr. Dong Caifu, a businessman from Taiwan, and set up Haoding Wood Industry Co., Ltd., which mainly produces middle and high grade wooden decorating material. They also invested over 5 million RMB in development o
