Isabel Timber Company Limited is a join venture arrangement between the resource owners of Isabel and foreign partner. It was established in 1989 as a logging company. The 70% shares of the company has changed hands several times and present holder bought this in 2004.
Up untill 2000 the company was doing mainly logging selling of round logs. There was a break in operation untill 2005 when the new owner strated exporting logs again and diversify to other products such as Copra, Cocoa and later into Honey and Kava.
There is also the move towads exporting sawn Timbers.
