| Details: | We are a Belgian factory ( parketfabriek remmery) that is specialized in the production of solid and engineered French oak flooring. Our family is in the wood industry since 1950, we cut the wood, dry it ourselves, and process it completely at our 11.000 sqm site in Pittem. We have the whole production process in hands, this is possible because we are only 40 km away from the French border and have good access to buying and transport logs. We produce solid flooring up to 27 cm in width. Thickness 14 or 20 mm. All boards are T+G on the 4 sides. Lengths are standard between 50 and 250 cm. Engineered flooring is available in 15 or 20 mm thick, 11+4 and 14+6 (Waterproof plywood + toplayer) Widths up to 27 cm. Grades from clear to extra rustic / half planed surface Toplayers are also manufactured on site starting from wet wood . We strive to make our engineered flooring look the same as the solid flooring, The widths are equal so they can be used in the same house/project , for example one room has underfloor heating and another doesn't. They are filled with a top quality product available in different colors, standard color is "cream". Pre-sanded P 100. We also finish the floors ourselves in different ways, sanding, brushing, distressing, etching,... all is possible ... Experience with overseas shipping by ship or plane . |
