Oku Carving Industry

Oku Carving Industry (OCI) was created in 2003 by me, the Manager with the intention of finding a market for its product. We deal basically with wooden carve items such as human status, various kinds of chair, beds, animals, animal heads, etc. We have carved many types of things and can do even beyond that depending on your request. We have a handicraft center at Manchock in oku in the North West province of Cameroon where tourists stop by the enjoy the handwork of our specialists before heading to Lake Oku and Mount Oku. We also have some 10 specialists who trained young ones so as to ensure continuity in the business of wood carving. We've been exporting many of these items to some of our buyers in Europe and USA. We also make some cultural dressing used by jujus which we also sell.
