The company owns a plywood factory of 200,000 m3 per year capacity and a secondary-plywood mill of 60,000 m3 per year capacity. Beside aiming to raise products quality, the company has been developing new products with the objectives of scaling the value chain, product diversification and increasing recovery rate. Among the products developed were floor-base, jumbo plywood and secondary-plywood. Further product developments utilizing forest plantations logs such as laminated veneer lumber (lvl). Laminated veneer sandwich (lvs). Plywood sandwich (pws) and smooth four sides (s4s) are essentially the company's strategy of building its competency in utilizing in abundant forest plantation logs as supply of natural logs declines in the future. Additionally, the company is also complying with the government's policy for forestry management.

Medium density fiberboard

Mdf is a wood-based product, usually in the form of a panel, made by bonding wood fibers together under high temperature and high pressure, using glue as the bonding agent.

Mdf is primarily used in furniture as a substitute for solid wood and other wood-based panels. It is also used in building interiors such as doors, rails and jambs and for construction.

We produce mdf panels of various sizes with a thickness ranging from 2.5 to 25 mm and a density between 700 and 820 kg/cm

The mdf we produce and are made from a combination of only acacia mangium and gmelina arborea logs which give the mdf better strength, color and uniformity of density.
We now produces product of medium density fiberboard (mdf) and high density fiberboard (hdf)!
